G.A.S. is committed to protecting your privacy.
We only use your profile and/or order information to provide support, licensing and upgrades for the products.
Payments are handled through payment gateways..please see item III. below.

II. What information does G.A.S. collect? How do G.A.S. use it?
- When you join as a user, G.A.S. asks for your name and email address.
- When you place an order, you will be asked to provide your name, e-mail address, mailing address and pertinent payment information to the payment gateway that you choose.
- G.A.S. will never ask for your credit card number/payment type because the payment gateways will handle all portions of that process.

III. Does G.A.S. ever see your payment information ?
G.A.S. never sees your credit card information.
G.A.S. uses payment gateways like:Paypal, to process your order. This allows clients to choose the gateway that they feel is most secure for payment.

V. Will G.A.S. sell or share your information ?
No. G.A.S. will not sell, trade or share your personal information that G.A.S. has privelege over.

Note: G.A.S. may release account information when we believe that such a release is necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements and/or licenses or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of G.A.S. and the other G.A.S. users.

If G.A.S.  decides to change this privacy policy, changes will be posted on this page so that you can be aware of such changes.

Extension on policy:
G.A.S.  provides links to other sites as to show the connected media to a product. (Example:  Physit! is for 3dsMax and T3D) The privacy policies of these linked sites are the responsibliity of the linked site. G.A.S. has no control or influence over their policies. Please check the policies of each site you visit.
- G.A.S. cannot be held liable for damage or misdoings of other sites linked or otherwise.

illegal payment clause:
If you pay for a G.A.S. product, products and/or services with an illegal or stolen credit card or payment information. -  You will be investigated and prosecuted to the full extent that NY law and your local laws allow. -  G.A.S. will seek to gain retribution for any loss caused by the situation to include legal fees, investigation fees, but not limited to those specific fees mentioned.
